Had a great Easter weekend at this hotel! Free parking and breathtaking city views were the best aspects of my stay! The location was perfect, easy to access and close to all the action. The amenities were great - really enjoyed the bathtub and how spacious the rooms were.
There was one downside to my stay - the long wait for check-in. Had to stand in line for two hours due to the cleaning of many rooms.

During our city break, we enjoyed two complementary facts offered by the hotel. the location was key as we were able to easily access different areas and attractions in the city. we appreciated the helpfulness of the staff when it came to giving us directions and recommendations.
On the other hand, the service of some staff members was disappointing. We encountered some unprofessional behavior and lack of attentiveness which took away from our overall experience.

We had a pleasant stay near the airport with great suggestions from the hotel, beautiful room designs, and excellent housekeeping. the hotel's strategic location allowed us to explore tourist places through cheap public transportation, and the staff's high standards of behavior made our experience more enjoyable.
We faced minor inconveniences in the duration of service during busy events held at the hotel.
